For SQ stewardess, you must be at least 158 cm in height. For SQ steward, you must be at least 165 cm in height, if I'm not wrong. For both SQ steward and stewardess, you must have at least 2 GCE ‘A’-level credits and 2 ‘O’-level credits including General Paper in the GCE ‘A’-level examinations, or any diploma from a local polytechnic.

SIA tests
1. Introduction in a group interview, you need to introduce yourself 2. One on One interview, they want to know more about your life and your family 3. Psychotest and English Test 4. Panel Interview, there are 3 people ask you several question, they want to know your seriousness, your life, your family, your education and everything 5. Kebaya Test. They see whether you have any scar and stuff that shown after you put the kebaya on. SIA only wants a proportionate body! 6. Tea party. U need to talk more and show that you can work in a group.
Points to note... Emirates basic pay for stewardess is about 1.6k USD !!!! SIA on the other hand, actual pay quite low 900 to 1000 odd. Rest are made up of allowances. If you dun fly you not going to earn much.
