How do we grow more mature?
Is a natural to grow mature after a certain age or we are forced to maturity?

I was watching a repeated drama on SCV, healing hands, one of the character inside said," People usually don't grow matured for no reason, they only do when they encountered things in life.Bad things. They are forced to see things, forced to take responsible and of course forced to work things out."
